Dr Elizabeth Lourens. MB, ChB, DA(SA), CCFP
After graduating from medical school in South Africa, Dr. Lourens started her career in Anesthesiology and emergency medicine. She obtained a diploma from the College of Anesthesiology in South Africa. In 1992 she obtained her Canadian qualifications followed by a certification in Family Medicine becoming a member of the College of Family Physicians.
Dr. Lourens’ interest in integrative medicine stems from her experience of years in the fields of emergency medicine and family practice. She has learned that optimal health goes beyond just treating a symptom and as a result has started the Fellowship in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine in 2008. She is about to become Board Certified and to complete the fellowship.

Connie is a specialist in Environ Facials, training other therapists in the Environ technique. She has been trained under the Pastiche method of skin analysis and cosmetic chemistry and has completed the Jane Iredale advanced make-up technique course. She does upgrading continually with these companies in order to stay in touch with the most complete and up to date knowledge of skin care and research.

Jeanette is a Registered Nurse that is also Fellowship trained in Anti-Aging and Functional Medicine. She works together with Dr. Lourens to perform assessments and formulate personalized health plans for each patient on an individual basis. In addition to the assessment and formulation of treatments, Jeanette also provides patient education on Bio-Identical Hormones, nutrition, nutritional supplements and healthy living choices. As a registered nurse she forms an integral part of our team.
